Our story
Started from inside the work
Syeda Consulting was founded by Sidra, a project manager and operations coordinator who runs day-to-day agency operations in ClickUp.
That means every workspace we design is shaped by what it's like to actually live in one: the hand-offs, the reporting, the Monday morning catch-ups.
Before operations, Sidra trained in physics, which is where the habit of breaking messy systems into clean, testable parts comes from.
